All products presented on our website are photographed accurately, as they appear in-person, unless stated otherwise.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A product may be replaced on the same day it is received if it arrives damaged.
Non-Returnable Items / Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh floral products, purchases cannot be exchanged or returned after payment is made and/or after the order has reached the recipient. Purchases will not be exchanged or refunded if a product appears damaged due to recipient misuse.
