It is important to us that every Bella Fiori arrangement reaches its destination in perfect condition and a timely manner.

Services & Guarantees

• Bella Fiori offers flower delivery within Riyadh, 7 days a week, receiving orders between the hours of 13:00 and 22:00. 
• All delivery orders are subject to a 35 SAR flat fee. If delivery is requested for a time outside of our normal working hours, the delivery fee will be doubled to 70 SAR.
• Unless a different delivery day/time is arranged, an order will be delivered the same day it was placed within our normal working hours. 
• Same-day delivery is available if the order is placed before 20:00.

Terms & Conditions

• It is the sender"s responsibility to confirm the accuracy of the recipient"s information. Bella Fiori is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect details provided.
• The order recipient will be contacted at the time of delivery. If the recipient does not respond or cannot be reached, the sender will be notified.
• Bella Fiori is not liable if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery. In this event, the order will be returned to our store and the sender will be notified.
